Shipping Instructions
Orders for which FLUMINER has received full payment will be shipped on a first-paid, first-shipped basis. For pre-order orders, the exact shipping date is subject to factory notification. FLUMINER will promptly notify the buyer of any updates. We promise to ship within 7 days after the order is placed, and most orders will ship within 48 hours! It is strongly recommended that you understand your local customs clearance policy and prepare all customs clearance documents in advance to account for any customs clearance delays or unexpected costs. We may arrange for different courier companies to deliver the goods according to your destination. If you have special requirements for courier companies, please confirm with us in advance.
Warranty Note
Please note that for brand new miners, the warranty period is 6 months/12 months from the date of production (depending on the manufacturer’s different policies). We will not be held responsible if the user does not use the product in accordance with the instructions, specifications, and conditions provided, or if the function of the product is altered independently. For used miners, we will provide a video of the miner’s operation before shipment so that you can better view the operating status of the miner’s hashrate. After your acceptance, we will fully communicate with you and arrange for shipment.
